Depending on the slot manager’s strategy, they will probably place the loose machines in the most visible areas so they will attract patrons who see them paying off. When you are walking through the casino and see somebody winning on a hot machine, the last thing you want to do is sit and play on the machine next to them. The hot machines are scattered throughout the casino. It is highly unlikely that you will find two such machines right next to one another or even in the same row. Find yourself a machine to play in another area of the casino. Your chances of winning will be much better.
