Casinos will have the loose slot machines scattered around their premises. The trick for the player is to find them.  There will be a few high payout machines in the casino. Their placement depends on the plans of the slot manager and he/she is not going to tell you where they are.  For the most part, the casino wants the high paying machines where they are visible.  They aren’t going to hide them in a corner somewhere where there is very little traffic.  They want people to see the winners so those people will be drawn into playing the slots.  Look around the casino and watch the traffic flow.

Find the most visible areas and ask yourself, if you were the slot manager, and you wanted the loose machines where they would be most visible, which areas of the casino games would you place them in?  Where will the people who are walking around see the winners from?  Once you find those areas, walk over and look them over. For the most part you can rule out the areas by the gaming tables and sports bar. They prefer those areas to be a little quieter so the players can concentrate on their games. You can also rule out areas where people tend to wait in lines, like the rest room area and theater entrances. The high paying machines will be where the action is in the casino gambling, not along the periphery. Once you determine the areas, then you must find the denomination coin and game that you want to play.
